How much time will it take to deliver my products?

After placing your order, two steps start:

Processing time:

Verification of order, quality check, and packing of the order. All the received orders are then sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours. The manufacturers and postal service process the orders, and it takes around 2-4 days more.

Shipping time:

This applies to the time it takes the item/product to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take almost 4-14 days to reach the customers within the United States. If more than 4-13 days have passed for an order shipped in the United States then please contact us to review the status of your order. Reimbursements will be handled via email if essential.

What happens if I order more than one item?

Some items will arrive collectively, while others may reach separately.

If you order up to 4 products they will arrive in 1 box at the same time.

If you order more than 4 products they will arrive in separated boxes and each one will have it's shipping cost.

Can I return my products?

We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your order was received, we cannot refund or exchange your products. Your product must be in the same condition you received it and in its original package to be eligible for return. The customer is also responsible for the return charges. If your item is damaged/used or faulty then please contact us.

Is your website secure to use?

Yes, absolutely. We use SSL (secure socket layer) to make sure that all of your data is encoded and kept safe at all times.

 Returns policy

Our policy continues for 30 days. If your product is in the same condition as you received it and must also be in the same packing, it is suitable for the return. The customer is also responsible for the return charges. If your item is damaged/used or faulty then please contact us.

Refunds 

Once we received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that your return item has been received. Furthermore, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be transferred to your original method of payment within a couple of days

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank first as it may take some time before your refund is processed and posted to your account. If you still haven’t received your payment after this, please contact us.

Sales items 

Only regular-priced items can be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We replace only damaged or defective items. If you want to exchange it for the same item, then please contact us.

Shipping

If you want to return your product, then please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
The time may vary for the exchange of your product because it depends on where you live.
If you are shipping massive or high-value products then you should consider trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t ensure that we will receive your returned item or not.
